The Cucumber Rosérita
- 1.5oz Maison No. 9
- 3 Cucumber Slices Muddled
- 1oz Lime Juice
- 1.5oz Tequila Blanco
- .75oz Agave Syrup
- Salt (For rim of glass)
- Fresh Cucumber Peel for Garnish
Add cucumber, lime juice, and agave syrup to a shaking tin and muddle well. Add Maison No. 9, tequila, and ice to the tin and shake well. Strain over fresh ice in a glass with a salt-rim (or chili salt for a kick) and garnish with fresh cucumber.
